These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OS3 application (the “App”) provided by QR LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using OS3, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use OS3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The Service
OS3 is a voice-based AI application available on Apple Watch and iPhone. The App provides AI-generated responses based on your spoken and typed inputs. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating all outputs before relying on them.
No Professional Advice
OS3 does not provide legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice. You should not use the App as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OS3 to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its supporting systems
- Use the App to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as verified fact when doing so could reasonably cause harm
4. Subscriptions and Billing
OS3 offers an auto-renewable subscription called OS3 Pro Monthly.
- Length of subscription: 1 month
- Renewal: The subscription renews automatically every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase
Pricing is displayed in the App and in the App Store at the time of purchase. Apple handles payment processing, subscription management, refunds where applicable, and related billing workflows.
If you use the App through Apple’s platforms, you may also be subject to Apple’s standard licensed application terms, available here: Apple Standard EULA.
5. Intellectual Property
OS3, including its software, branding, design, and related content, is owned by QR LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful use.
6. AI Output and Availability
OS3 depends on third-party infrastructure, including AI and platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response quality, or that outputs will meet your expectations. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to OS3 if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation would create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account through the App where available.
8. Disclaimers
OS3 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of OS3.
10. Privacy
Your use of OS3 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of OS3 after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
